Real Skills Development is a division of Force Services (PTY) LTD. Force Services specialise in supplying contract personnel in the Road Freight, Warehousing and Leisure Industry and through Real Skills Development we can assist clients with all their training needs and/or supply trained contract personnel in the before mentioned Industries.

Real Skills Development will distinguish itself as a leader in its efforts to be responsive, engaged, and collaborative in addressing the needs of its learners, employees and the community.

In terms of our Quality Assurance, Real Skills Development’s policy is to deliver Experienced Quality Vocational Education and Skills Training to its Learners through demand driven and cost effective training interventions with a view to developing the human resource base within the Local Government Sector taking into consideration and acknowledging the relevant Acts and abiding by the SETA ETQA requirements or any other specification or regulation agreed upon.

We as real skills development aim to improve the knowledge and skills of staff using the latest units standards available. our training centre has the most skilled staff that as a accredited provider find most students competent on a forklift, dangerous goods D.G, tracker, digger loader, front endloader, basic fire fighting techniques.

We have a competent group of facilitators, assessors and moderators ready to improve the skills of any staff especially warehouse staff. we have focused on warehouses and logistics centres with the goal of being the best training provider attending the particular solutions for logistics companies.

Our quality policies monitor NQF national qualification framework to ensure that all area are frequently covered. We have provided training course in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Kwazulu Natal, Durban, Robertson and Northern Africa.

Education and training is important we deliver a cost effective "cheap" training service that will be customized to fit the customers needs.
